Martin L. Jeiven, MS, BPharm, RPh

President & CEO

In addition to his role for AdiraMedica, Marty has been the President of Jeiven Pharmaceutical Consulting, Inc., since its founding in 1988. Prior to this, he was Manager of Clinical and Pre-Clinical materials at the R.W. Johnson Pharmaceutical Research Institute at Ortho Pharmaceutical Corporation.  He also held the position of Research Pharmacist at Ciba-Geigy where he served as a development scientist in solid dosage formulation research before coming to Ortho in 1982.

In an effort to create an atmosphere of information sharing in this highly specialized industry, Marty founded the Clinical Supplies Support Group (CSSG) in 1995.  To better serve his clients’ needs, Marty has also established Pharmaceutical Training Seminars, Inc. (PTS), in 1995, Pharmaceutical Staffing Solutions, LLC (PSS) in 2002, and AdiraMedica, LLC, in 2006.

Marty earned his BS, BPharm and MS (Physiology) degrees from Rutgers University. He has done graduate work in animal physiology at Rutgers, and in medicine at the Catholic University of Louvain, Belgium.  He is licensed both in New York and New Jersey, and has practiced hospital and community pharmacy.

Arvind Bhandari, MS, BPharm

Vice President

Arvind Bhandari leads the over all activities at AdiraMedica that includes operations, business development and finance. Arvind is also the Director of Project Management at Jeiven Pharmaceutical Consulting, Inc. Prior to joining JPC, he worked for Shasun Chemicals and Drugs Limited in India as Business Development Manager for their US operations and previously as Deputy head of Quality Improvement and Quality Assurance. He holds BPharm and MS (Chemistry) degrees from Birla Institute of Technology & Science in India.

Heidi Middleton, BS

Director of Client Services

Heidi manages the day-to-day client operations at AdiraMedica that includes global sourcing, ordering, warehousing, distribution and generating project documentation. Heidi brings over 20 years of international experience in pharmaceuticals and transportation logistics. As a former Operations Manager, her understanding of the complex issues and challenges that exist in sourcing pharmaceutical products makes her a valuable asset to every project. She is a graduate of the University of Witwatersrand in South Africa. She has lived in Portugal, South Africa, and the United Kingdom, and is fluent in Portuguese and Afrikaans.

Steven Roberts, MBA

Director of Business Development

Steven Roberts has over 24 years of diverse experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. He has held positions of increasing responsibility in Research & Development, Engineering Services, Operations Management, Quality Assurance and Consulting. In addition to his responsibilities as Director of Business Development, he also routinely provides consultation services to clients in the aforementioned areas.

Loc Dao, MBA, BPharm, RPh

Principal, Rios Pharmacy
Director of Operations

Loc Dao is a licensed pharmacist in both Pennsylvania and Massachusetts and is president and CEO of Rios Pharmacy located in Morton, PA. He graduated from Northeastern University with a degree in pharmacy and completed MBA graduate work at Fairleigh Dickinson, Temple and Phoenix Universities. Loc began his career as a community pharmacist, and moved on to Clinical Supply Management for Dupont, Schering Plough, ENDO and McNeil Specialty Pharmaceuticals.

His passion for customer care at the local pharmacy led him to purchase Rios Pharmacy Nutritional and Medical Products in 2005. Since that time, he has expanded the pharmacy's business capabilities, to include greater pharmacy and medical equipment services, greater storage and distribution capabilities to support the clinical supply chain industry (ambient, refrigerated and frozen), and most recently Rios' registration as a licensed distributor of Controlled Substances Schedules 2-5.

Whether behind the counter or overseeing the clinical supply chain, Loc strives to provide the best service possible.

Jen Brandley, BS

Director of Quality

Jen Brandley, Director of Quality, joined the AdiraMedica team in the summer of 2008.

Jen began her career as a Research Technician and quickly rose to the position of Associate Research Formulating Scientist. Jen brings over 10 years of experience from all phases of clinical trials in packaging, labeling, distribution and disposal of RX, OTC and Scheduled Drug supplies management. She also has over fourteen years experience in research and pharmaceutical development of solid dosage over-the-counter (OTC) pharmaceuticals and nutritional supplements.

Barbara Dreyfus, BS

Account Manager

Barbara joined AdiraMedica in 2007. Prior to joining the AdiraMedica team, Barbara served as Project Coordinator for Jeiven Pharmaceutical Consulting. In that role, she coordinated all project activities pertaining to manufacturing, packaging, labeling and analytical testing of clinical supplies. She also facilitated supply and distribution of clinical supplies to investigator sites. Upon joining AdiraMedica, Barbara served as marketing coordinator; facilitating the revision of the AdiraMedica website, trade show displays and the ebrochure. In addition to her marketing role, Barbara, provides customer service and support, under the direction of Heidi Middleton.
